Congratulations to the Plasma Group on Winning the 2025 Samuel Goldsmith Student Prize

Congratulations to Adi Haim and Nikita Asmedianov, students of the plasma group of Yakov Krasik, on several prizes won during the IVS-IPSTA 42nd  annual conference (of the The Israel Society for Plasma Science and Technology Applications), Dec. 21st 2025.

Adi Haim won the Samuel Goldsmith Student Prize for her talk titled”  The Propagation of HPMs through a gas-filled waveguide in the presence of an axial magnetic”.

Nikita Asmedianov won the Samuel Goldsmith Student Prize for his poster titled “Semi-cylindrical shock waves & blade-shaped jets generated by underwater electrical explosions”.
